🌙 Deep Relaxation Meditation (10–15 minutes) Find a comfortable position.
Lie down or sit somewhere you feel safe and supported.
Let your hands rest softly — maybe one on your heart and one on your belly.
Close your eyes. Take a slow breath in through your nose…Hold gently…And exhale slowly through your mouth. Again… inhale deeply…And exhale, longer than the inhale. Let your breathing settle into a natural rhythm.
🌿 Relax the BodyBring your awareness to the top of your head.
Imagine a warm wave of soft golden light slowly washing over you. It relaxes your scalp…Your forehead smooths…Your eyebrows soften. Release your jaw. Let your tongue rest gently in your mouth.The warm wave moves down your neck…Across your shoulders…Your shoulders drop just a little lower.
Feel the weight leaving your body. The warmth flows down your arms…Through your elbows… wrists… palms… fingertips.
Your hands are completely relaxed. Now your chest softens. Your heart area expands gently. Your breath moves easily. Your stomach relaxes. No holding. No bracing. Just softness. The wave moves into your hips…Your thighs… knees… calves…All the way down to your feet. Your whole body is heavy. Supported. Safe.
🌊 Calm the Nervous System
Imagine you are lying beside a calm, quiet body of water at twilight. The air is soft. The sky is painted in lavender and gold. You are completely undisturbed. With every inhale, peace flows in. With every exhale, tension flows out. If a thought appears, let it float by like a cloud. No chasing. No judging. Just allowing.You don’t need to fix anything right now. You don’t need to solve anything. This moment is for restoration.

I am safe in this moment. My body knows how to relax. I give myself permission to rest. Feel your body sinking deeper. Heavier. Calmer. Let yourself stay here for as long as you need. When you’re ready to return, gently deepen your breath. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Roll your shoulders. And slowly open your eyes.
